Ken Walther: Nevada Patriot
Ken Walther is a Vietnam Era Veteran, US Army, from 1964-1968. He is a 27 year Veteran of the CIA, from 1969-1996, and upon retirement, has run small business enterprises.
Born in a small town in the badlands of New Mexico, he grew up in El Paso, Texas. Due to his extensive Foreign Service he spent 20 years overseas, serving in several locations in Asia, Africa, Central and South America and Europe. He has traveled to 102 countries.
Ken decided to retire in Las Vegas in 1996 along with his wife, Lena, who is Swedish-American, and is currently the Honorary Swedish Consul to Nevada. Lena is also a strong Conservative American, and a businesswoman. She can attest to the fact that Socialist countries are not anything to emulate here in the USA, since she grew up in Scandinavia and Europe.
Ken and Lena have two sons, Marc and Eric who went to local elementary & middle schools and graduated from Del Sol High School. Both sons are students at UNLV and working for the City of Henderson part time.

Ken Walther is registered as a candidate for State Assembly, District 18, and hopes to be the first Republican to win that seat since 1995. It is a difficult District as it has been characteristically Democrat in composition. With the help of our Conservative Volunteers we can walk the neighborhoods successfully.
